The ingredients you will need for the Zabaione cream include egg yolks, sugar, and sweet marsala wine.

To start the cream puff recipe, in a pot with some water, add the butter and salt. Then put the pot on the stove and melt the butter in the water. Then slowly add the flour and mix well until the flour is absorbed, forming a ball. Put the ball into a stand mixer, and add the eggs until you have a nice soft dough. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Then put the dough into a baker's bag and put the dough onto a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper. Then bake for approximately 20 to 22 minutes, until the cream puffs are a nice golden color. Then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

To make the Zabaione cream use a bowl and add the egg yolks and the sugar. Then with a hand mixer, mix the two ingredients together well until you have a smooth whitish cream. Then slowly add the Marsala wine and keep mixing. When the Marsala wine has been completely absorbed into the Zabaione cream, put the bowl into the water bath and continue to mix for another 15 to 20 minutes. The cream at this point should have swollen, and firmed up, and look velvety. You want to make sure that the water never boils while you are mixing, so you don't have any lumps in the cream. Then remove the cream from the water bath and let cool. To assemble the cream puffs. Take each cream puff and with a sharp pointed knife make a tiny hole in the top of each cream puff and fill each with some zabaione cream.
