We’ve talked about it many times before, but one thing we haven’t shared with you is this list for 31 Crockpot Freezer Meals for Back-to-School. Crockpots and back to school time – they just seem to go hand and hand, but whatever time of year it is, you can sure use a time-saver, right? You may already even have a crockpot, but only know a few recipes to cook in it. Well, now you will have more than thirty slow-cooker recipes up your sleeve, and what’s more – they will be ready to just throw in the crockpot and forget about until supper. Why? Because you’ll prepare them ahead of time and store them in the freezer. And speaking of freezers! That’s another amazing invention, right? What would we do without the freezer? Put our perishables outside in the winter and rely on ice in the summer? We are so blessed to live in an age where pretty much everyone in North America has a freezer of some kind. When preparing these crockpot freezer meals, all you need to do is seal the ingredients in an air-tight plastic bag and put it in the freezer. That’s it! It’s best to consume these meals within three months, otherwise they might start tasting a bit freezer burned. Otherwise, go nuts! Once a month, we like to block off a whole day in our busy schedule and devote it to shopping for, and preparing, all of these meals so we’ll be good to go for the next month. Yes, that’s right – if you prepare and freeze every one of these recipes, you will have enough dinnertime meals for one whole 31-day month. Sounds like a dream, huh? Well, with a little planning, your life’s going to be smooth sailing from here on in.
Imagine that, not having to worry about what you’re having for supper tonight.
