So, for the adventurous, culinary geniuses, go ahead and start by making your own pulled pork. For the rest of us, the recipe calls for Byron’s Pork BBQ. This really is the star of the dish. With everything else going on, you can go ahead and pretend you made the pulled pork. No one will ever know the difference…

Other ingredients include green onions, bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheese and, of course, potatoes.

This Loaded BBQ Pork Potato Casserole is so easy to make and delicious. It is comfort food at its best. Some of the ingredients you will need for this loaded BBQ pork potato casserole recipe include Byron's pork BBQ, red potatoes, light cream cheese softened, softened butter, cooked and crumbled bacon, thinly sliced onions and shredded cheese. To start heat the Byron's Pork BBQ according to the package directions. Then lightly spray a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. Then while the pork is cooking, boil the potatoes in salted water until they are fork tender. Mash the potatoes together with the cream cheese, butter, bacon, green onions, and some of shredded cheese. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
