Lemon Ricotta Cake

This lemon ricotta cake recipe should be removed from the oven when the center is still slightly soft. In a bowl combine the ground almonds with the flour and set aside. Using an electric mixer beat the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Continue with the rest of the ingredients until combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake until lightly browned and still slightly soft in the center. Dust the top of the lemon ricotta cake with confectioners sugar.
