Now add some cheese a bit at a time, and mix until all the cheese is melted and a smooth, creamy consistency. Now you can add the cooked pasta, and mix until well coated with the cheese mixture. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Now take the macaroni and cheese mixer and put into a bowl, and place in your refrigerator and refrigerate until cold, approximately one hour. While waiting for your ingredients to chill you can line a baking sheet with some parchment paper.
